About this Project
Since 2020, Johnson Volk Consulting has been involved with the master planning of community amenities and landscape theming for the 3,300 lot, master-planned development Wildflower Ranch, located in Fort Worth, Texas.
Johnson Volk Consulting is working with Hines Interest, LC. and their consulting team to assist with community branding, theming of the development, and high-level planning of amenities.
After working on the concept planning and landscape theming of the community, Johnson Volk Consulting has been involved in the construction document and construction observation process for the amenity center facility, pocket parks, trail system, entry nodes, and screening and buffering.
