Our newest partner, Cody Johnson, has been in the industry for 13 years and brings to the company a dynamic presence, warmth, and drive to create the best projects for his clients. Cody and his team bring dedication to providing superior design solutions and exceptional customer service in landscape architecture, further expanding the scope of solutions offered to clients by the Johnson Volk Consulting team.

In 2014, Cody formed the landscape architecture firm, Cody Johnson Studio, LLC. There, his design leadership merged with his reputable standing for customer service, his team player attitude, and his high level of understanding clients' needs.

January 2022, Cody became the Executive Vice President at Johnson Volk Consulting, with the merger of J. Volk Consulting, Inc., and Cody Johnson Studio, LLC.

Cody Johnson is married to his wife, Bridget, of 5 years and has two children, Abigail and Benjamin. He and his wife live in McKinney. Cody enjoys playing golf, spending time with family, and traveling in his spare time.

Park Vista was developed by Green Brick Partners with homes designed and constructed by its subsidiary homebuilders, Trophy Signature Homes and CB JENI Homes.
