Tom has over 25 years of engineering experience as a design engineer and project manager for several municipal and private development clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. He has been a partner and Vice President at Johnson Volk Consulting since 2012. His technical knowledge and commitment to exceeding his clients' expectations have resulted in several successful projects and strengthened client relationships.

The majority of Tom's experience is in managing single-family residential development and municipal projects. Within these projects, he provides a range of services including: initial due diligence, cost estimating, site planning, construction administration, coordination, and project management.

Tom and his wife reside in North Richland Hills with their three children. Outside of work, he is actively involved in his church, enjoys spending time with family, and plays golf.
