About this Project
Since 2014, Johnson Volk Consulting has managed several teams in production of civil design plans for infrastructure and land development projects within the 1,460-acre Devonshire master plan community located in the City of Dallas ETJ, Kaufman County which is estimated to include over 4,000 residential lots at buildout.
Johnson Volk Consulting teams have designed, obtained approval, and managed the construction of the residential neighborhood including water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway improvements. JVC teams have also provided all supportive survey services to include, but not limited to, boundary analysis, topographic survey, construction staking, pothole locates, and offsite alignment delineations.
Additionally, Johnson Volk Consulting serves as the District Engineer for the multiple Municipal Utility Districts that make up this development providing public bidding, construction inspections, bond sale preparation support, and other related services for proper development of the community.
